Kenny Hamilton, a wealthy descendant of U.S. founding father Alexander Hamilton, wants to create his own little empire and hatches a wild plan to capture a small, sovereign nation: a Caribbean paradise called The Cayman Islands.
Famous for their spectacular dive sites and heavenly climate, The Caymans are also notorious for their secret bank accounts and offshore tax havens.
